As Principal of Criterium-McCafferty Engineers, Inc, Mr. McCafferty is a Colorado Licensed Professional Engineer with a strong geotechnical and structural background. With over 35 years of experience in engineering consulting services, he has personally performed nearly 10,000 residential and commercial building inspections since Criterium-McCafferty’s Engineers establishment in 1998. His building evaluation services include comprehensive inspections of all home and commercial building systems as well as foundation and structural analysis, repair design, re-model consulting, and capital planning.
